Deborah Sims has 20 years experience in the EAP and wellbeing sector, with a significant background in both account management and business development, as well as being a respected people manager and leader.

Deborah has worked for leading global providers of EAP and related services, responsible for managing key international customers and multiple global affiliates, delivering true partnership and strategic vision to major customers, and ensuring the maintenance of a positive wellbeing approach within their business.

Deborah leads the NSW account management team, with an emphasis on building quality, long term relationships, helping to minimise risks to both individuals and organisations in a proactive manner.
