Guy Robbins

Customer Director

For the past 16 years Guy has worked in the EAP industry in a variety of roles - direct service delivery, customer and operations management, sales and business development. Guy has diverse management consulting experience, having worked with a wide range of clients including numerous SME and larger publicly owned Corporations and Government Departments to improve organisational capacity and resilience.

Since 2005 Guy has primarily been engaged in Customer service delivery holding roles including Manager Client Relationships across multi states and Manager Operations for South East Asia. To these customer service and management roles Guy applies his extensive expertise and business acumen to ensure best practise program design and implementation of the highest standard.

Guy has a strong customer focus and views the quality of the relationship between DTC and our customers as paramount. He works diligently to build a level of trust and exceptional service delivery that will sustain long term partnerships with all customers and stakeholders. Guy brings exceptional new thinking to service delivery. Guy is based in Melbourne with responsibilities across ACT, QLD, Northern Territory and New Zealand.
